If you have any questions about the video service, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will answer them as soon as possible. Below is a list of the most Frequently Asked Questions that we receive.
Will the Camera be in our faces? - No we act as unobtrusively as possible throughout the day using radio microphones where required to ensure an excellent sound track.
Can we have a camera at the Brides Home? - We always operate with at least two cameras so nothing will be missed at the venue by having one camera at the brides home. It is good to get the party leaving the house while the other camera films their arrival at the venue.
Can we select our own music? - Yes. Either from our copyright free selection, or other music of your choice. This would require a copyright licence to be obtained, but Æ Video would do that on your behalf.
Can we have the finished product on DVD or VHS? - Yes, either format although DVD is best for longevity.
How many copies can we have? - The basic package provides for three edited, boxed copies. However additional copies are available for a small fee at any time after the event.
Can we see examples of your work? - Yes Æ Video normally visit you at home to show demonstration videos and to discuss your detailed requirements. This is totally without obligation. (Subject of course to distance.)
Can we have photographs of ourselves growing up at the beginning? - This is a feature of our videos, but it is the clients choice. Some like the idea others hate it.
Will you video the first dance? - Yes if you have selected our extended package - We see that as the perfect way to end the video with the couple dancing together to their chosen piece of music.
